PROOF: Club Penguin Island is Coming to PC!!

Hey penguins! Boy have I got some exciting news for you today. Ever since Club Penguin Island released in March of this year, and even dating back to November of last year, the #1 complaint about the game was that it was not available on desktop computers. When asked about this, the team gave answers like “we want to focus on mobile first” and “mobile is our #1 priority!” But yesterday things got a little different. If you headed over to Club Penguin’s FaceBook and scrolled through the comments on the picture of the penguin dabbing (I can’t believe I’m typing those words) Club Penguin responded with a more in-depth answer. Check it out. OHHHHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYY pic.twitter.com/TlmaJ8KKhY — Garygrayhair (@GarygrayhairCP) August 29, 2017 So this at least confirms that they’re looking into it. Well I did a bit of research of my own and found out that they’re really looking…

IDEA: Club Penguin Island SECRET Twitter Account!?

Hey penguins! Today I was wandering about (as I usually do) and came up with this idea that I think would bring back a “spark” in the Club Penguin community. Remember years and years and years ago whenever Billybob emailed a few CP bloggers certain excerpts from a picture, that when you stitched together made an image that showed a pretty big sneak peek for the final PSA mission? If you don’t, here’s the completed image. It was pretty cool what he did! A Secret Club Penguin Twitter Account? On Twitter today I shared my idea (which was quite difficult given the 140 character limit.) I tagged the official Club Penguin account in it so hopefully they respond! Check it out: So you know how there is a @RoguePOTUSStaff that is run by a team of people from inside the White House and they leak documents? (…) pic.twitter.com/eNUcAX0EFc —…

Gary the Gadget Guy’s Famous Catchphrase Has a Surprisingly Dark History

Hey penguins! This post is going to be quite a bit different than my usual articles and involves some sensitive topics, like religion. If you’re not a fan of that sort of stuff, feel free to exit this page and continue on with your day (but thanks for stopping by!). Just thought I’d give a little warning before I get in to things. We all love Gary the Gadget Guy. He’s that geeky, nerdy penguin who “loves to tinker,” and always manages to save the day with his wacky inventions. When Gary is in some sort of sticky situation, or maybe just needs to announce his surprise, he does so by saying the phrase “Gadzooks!” Funny word, right? Well it has quite a deeper meaning that dates back to what some claim as the beginning of time. While browsing the web I came across an interesting video by the popular…

The Original Eight Club Penguin Playercard Backgrounds

Hello, penguins! When Club Penguin was first being developed, the early team had to decide on a lot of ideas. Big ideas. How many rooms should there be? What should members be able to do/wear? How many parties a month should we have? A big topic of conversation early on was customization. After all, a big part of Club Penguin was being able to customize your penguin to your heart’s content. It was 2006. Free to play players could only wear free items given away at parties, put on pins, and walk their Puffles which counted as a hand item. However, the tide was about to change come May 5, 2006. Club Penguin Playercard Backgrounds On May 5, 2006, Club Penguin added a new type of player customization. Backgrounds! Members, AND free players could choose from different designs to be displayed behind their penguin. At launch, there were eight designs. Lined paper,…

The Lost Club Penguin Training Video We Never Got to See

Hey, penguins! If you read the article I published earlier today, you know that I’ve been searching the internet to reminisce about old Club Penguin memories, and that I found some really cool concepts and never before seen images and videos. One of them I found was this super neat corporate / training video, or at least the intro to the video, that is. The person who created it said: Due to Disney legal reasons and the sensitive corporate information, the video cannot be shown outside of the offices of Disney Online Studios. However it was agreed that I be able to show in my promotional materials what I’ve done without revealing any information included in the project itself. And now I present to you, the intro to the never before seen corporate video for Club Penguin! EXCLUSIVE Club Penguin Corporate Video Isn’t that really neat! The 3D Club Penguin logo…

SECRET Lake in CPI: Ice-Fishing & More Mini-Games Coming Soon?

Hey, penguins! Earlier today, Club Penguin released a Q&A on the blog regarding beta testing of the new game, Club Penguin Island. Many penguins were glad that Club Penguin cleared up a few things, and the community is overall excited for the future. Although Club Penguin did answer some of our questions, they didn’t talk about specific features / components of the game. There is one big thing that has been driving me crazy for months now… Mini-games. Will they be in the new game? Mini-games are one of the largest features of Club Penguin and we have yet to see any official confirmation of them in the 3D app. Last night, Madzom8ie, who has been supplying Club Penguin Scoop and other blogs with CPI insider info, sent over an interesting screenshot. Check it out! Secret Lake Hints Towards Ice Fishing Mini Game? In the Club Penguin Island beta test,…

Here’s Why I Love Club Penguin’s Holiday Party 2016

Hey, penguins! I have a confession. I. Love. The. Club. Penguin. Holiday. Party. It’s true. This is probably one of my most favorite parties of 2016 by far. In this post, I’m going to be touching on a few things that I really enjoy about the party. So kick back by the cozy fire, watch the chestnuts pop, and read all the reasons that I love the Holiday Party of 2016. Nostalgia The Holiday parties on Club Penguin are always my favorite time of year on the island. I have grown up with Club Penguin, and waddling around years later really brings back some fond memories. In particular, I remember going on Santa’s sleigh a LOT! I loved that room. The music is also another major reason that I love this party so much. “Santa’s Mix,” or “Jingle Bells” are probably my favorite of the bunch. 🙂 The Decor Decoration…

A Happy Herbert – Project: Super Secret Theory

Hey penguins! If you took a look at the blog yesterday, you probably saw my Project: Super Secret theory on the latest sneak peek regarding the broken Lighthouse. I encourage you to check it out by clicking here and letting me know your thoughts in the comments! Today I have another little theory / idea for you all. Without further ado, let’s get started! How Can We Make Herbert Happy? As we all know, Herbert does not like us “pesky penguins.” In fact, he’s been trying to warm up the island for years. All throughout Club Penguin’s history, Herbert has tried to get rid of us. To make the island his own. But… what is we let him? Whenever we got the sneak peek of the island above, I was immediately wondering if we’d be moving to a new island. On the most recent Project: Super Secret sneak peek, one penguin…

Mainstream Devices Club Penguin Should Absolutely Be On

Hey penguins! As we all know, Club Penguin is going through the biggest change ever since it released in 2005, most likely next month! Not only is the game going to become completely 3D and mobile optimized, but it can also be on many other devices easily. Today I am counting down the top devices that I think Club Penguin should be on. Let’s get started! Honestly, who isn’t excited about Project: Super Secret?! Xbox & Playstation Many people have these popular gaming consoles in their home and use them on a daily basis. Following the path of another popular game, Minecraft, many new users joined the game and quite a few for the very first time. Minecraft actually started off similar to Club Penguin. They originally had their computer version, expanded to mobile, then consoles, and now pretty much every popular device! Club Penguin could benefit immensely from adding…

Despite Rumors, Screenhog is NOT the New CEO of Club Penguin

Hey penguins! Rumors have been circling the island that Screenhog would be the new CEO of Club Penguin as he tweeted this very cryptic message. I decided to get the scoop straight from the man himself, Chris Hendricks! @GarygrayhairCP No, definitely not. — Screenhog (@_screenhog) September 30, 2016 Although this may be a disappointment to some, I wasn’t expecting him to be. Though he is a very talented artist and music composer! But fear not Secreenhog lovers, he is working on something with the new game. Check out the article on that here. Who do you think will be the new CEO of Club Penguin? Until next time…
